Head of Finance and Operations

Scots All Saints College is one of NSW’s leading regional Schools. It is located on two beautiful campuses in Bathurst, NSW. The College community includes approximately 900 Day and Boarding students.

The College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to join the Leadership Team of the College for the position of Head of Finance and Operations.  The successful applicant will report to the Head of College and will work closely with the College Council, Head of College and other staff. The Head of Finance and Operations is responsible for the overall financial management and business operations of the College in accordance with policies and planning strategies and operational guidelines.

Key requirements for the position include:

  • Suitable qualifications including CA, CPA or IPA;
  • Supervisory and leadership experience leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team (minimum five years)
  • Significant experience leading and managing accounting and legal compliance programs, including the ability to understand and manage complex statutory and regulatory requirements
  • The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all College stakeholders.
  • It is highly desirable to be able to provide evidence of a mature practicing Christian faith and demonstrate an ability and willingness to exercise authentic Christian spiritual leadership in a manner consistent with the College’s Christian mission and in accord with the objectives as set out by the Presbyterian Church of Australia in NSW.

Applicants must comply with Child Protection (WWCC, National Police Check) and other requirements for Non-Government Schools in New South Wales.
