Ellenbrook Christian College, part of the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA), is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 school committed to delivering exceptional education grounded in Christian faith. As part of the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA), Western Australia’s largest independent Christian education system, the College is part of a network serving around 5,000 students and employing over 1,000 staff across seven schools
The Role
This position is ideal for an experienced business professional who has strong commercial and financial experience looking to apply their talents, experience in a practical and meaningful way.
As Business Manager, you will:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and compliance
- Oversee payroll, ICT coordination, and risk management
- Collaborate with the College Principal on day-to-day operations
- Provide strategic and operational leadership as part of the senior executive team
- Ensure systems and processes align with SCEA’s mission and values
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, compliance, and reporting
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong ICT skills (especially Excel)
- Commitment to Christian faith and active church involvement
