We are looking for our next entry level Research Assistant to be a part of our high performing insights team. You will find yourself at home in the role if you have a passion to deliver high quality insights that delight clients and inform their next steps.

Your role

  • Building trusting partnerships with clients
  • Working with colleagues to create high quality surveys and moderator guides that lead to discovering actionable insights
  • Assisting with data cleaning and manipulation
  • Creating graphs
  • Backend survey set up; coding experience in JavaScript helpful but not essential
  • Panel liaison and fieldwork monitoring of surveys
  • Identify trends through analysis of complex datasets
  • Distilling data to make the complex simple
  • Video and audio transcription of focus groups and interviews
  • Project management support/administration
  • Craft reports and presentations so clients can be guided on their next steps
