Regional Manager Retail

About Us:

Anglicare Sydney is a leading and highly regarded community NFP organisation in Australia.

Our vision is to see Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened. To achieve this, we are looking to attract the most capable and mission aligned people to join us.

For over 160 years Anglicare has been serving people in need- providing care to older people and services to the vulnerable. We began because of people who saw a need in the community and who were compelled to make a difference. People motivated by Christian love and a passion to serve. If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us!

If you’re excited by the opportunity to grow services that change lives and to walk alongside communities with empathy and integrity, we’d love to hear from you!

We're on the lookout for a driven, experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 10-12 Anglicare Op Shops stores across Inner West and Eastern Sydney region. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll coach store leaders, drive commercial results and lead from the front.

  • Support store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the needs of their communities with compassion and care.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, reporting and business planning
  • Be visible and hands-on in-store - you lead by example, not from behind a desk

What You'll Bring

  • Proven multi-site retail management experience - 5+ stores as a minimum
  • Strong commercial acumen and a clear track record of sales growth
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail - footwear, fashion or similar
  • A confident leader who can coach, develop and performance manage teams
  • Strong planning and organisational skills - you know how to prioritise and juggle
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels
  • Resilience, energy and a love for being in-store with your teams
  • Experience working across regional and metro locations (ideal)
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence
