Events Officer (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)
Brisbane School of Theology is seeking a part-time Events Officer (3 days/week) to help us plan and deliver meaningful, well-run events that serve students, alumni, churches, and our wider community.
We’re a Christ-centred, interdenominational Bible college, accredited by the Australian University of Theology, and committed to equipping Christians for a lifetime of service. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end event delivery — from planning and logistics to communication, set-up, on-the-day coordination, and post-event review. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to ensure our events are meeting our strategic goals and contribute to a team culture that is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in gospel values.
This role plays an important part in BST’s strategic growth, expanding our capacity to connect meaningfully with students, supporters, alumni, and churches through well-executed events.

- Be proactive, adaptable, and able to problem solve.
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and relationally.
The successful applicant will demonstrate personal character and convictions that align with BST’s Christ-centred mission. Experience in event coordination, logistics, or project management will be highly regarded.
