Big Kids’ Table is on a mission to equip communities for safe, nourishing conversations about God, identity, and sexuality. We’re looking for purpose-driven leaders to help steward our growing organisation and join our volunteer board.
About the Role:
🔸 Provide strategic leadership and governance
🔸 Offer wisdom, direction, and accountability alongside our Co-CEOs
🔸 Help shape BKT’s future creatively, sustainably, and faithfully
🔸 Board meets once every two months (online and in-person hybrid)
🔸 Optional project collaboration based on your capacity and skillset
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Committed Christians with a love for young people and the Church
✔️ Experience (or willingness to learn) in governance or board leadership
✔️ Skills in finance, law, business, education, risk management, fundraising, marketing, or HR
✔️ Strong communicators who thrive in collaborative, mission-driven teams
✔️ Passionate about creating safe spaces for discipleship and identity formation
