We’re looking for a passionate, skilled and hands-on Engagement & Partnership Lead to grow our reach, deepen community connection, and drive support for our mission. This is a dynamic role leading communications, fundraising and marketing across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead an integrated engagement strategy and marketing strategies for our social enterprises
- Build our supporter base and grow our income through individual giving, grants, and campaigns
- Share powerful stories across digital and print platforms
- Strengthen donor and partner relationships
- Deliver brand-aligned content and materials that inspire action
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create real impact
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in communications, fundraising or marketing (preferably in the not-for-profit sector)
- Strong writing and digital content skills and passionate storytelling
- Proven success with campaigns, donor journeys and supporter engagement
- Experience with CRM and digital tools (e.g., Zoho, Wix, MailChimp)
- Passion for social justice and alignment with our mission
