INA is a Christian international development organisation working with the poorest and most marginalised communities, particularly women and children, to eliminate poverty and its causes. We work through local lead partners in Africa, Asia and the Pacific with support from our faithful donors who enable this change to be possible. About the role
Poverty and injustice stop women and children living their fullest lives. With strong supporter relationships, INA can empower more women and children in the poorest countries to escape extreme poverty and achieve their God-given potential.
The Relationship Officer plays a key role in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with major donors, churches and supporters to help them stay engaged in our important mission and to develop deeper engagement. The Relationship Officer will use their prospecting and relationship management skills to regularly engage with current major supporters and develop new prospective supporters. They will also facilitate visits from our overseas partners’ representatives to Australia, organise events and leverage appeals to grow engagement and revenue to advance INA’s life changing mission.
To be successful in this role, you will have a history of developing strong relationships, inspiring people of important causes and gaining support from people from a wide variety of backgrounds. The role is part time (3 days per week).

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience with donor engagement in a not-for-profit or Christian ministry.
- Experience organizing events and visits.
- Experience using a CRM system for donor / customer engagement.
