JOB DESCRIPTION YOUTH PASTOR
Employer: C3 Church Watson Hours of Work: 37.5 per week Reporting to: Ps Melanie Marshall
POSITION SUMMARY
C3 Church Watson Youth Pastor.
You are passionate about the local church and working with young people. You have a heart for the Gospel and Jesus and strong leadership, social and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities are:
- Leading the weekly youth program
- Teaching and preaching to the youth of the church
- Actively engaging with and planning events for the youth
- Building positive relationships with local schools
- Developing curriculum for the teaching of the youth
- Overseeing and leading a group of volunteers
- Working closely with the parents of the youth
