Servery Supervisor

Bring your passion for food and leadership to a meaningful role in aged care.

As a Servery Supervisor with Anglicare, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering nutritious meals with care and excellence, while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and teamwork in a warm, community-focused environment.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Dorothy Boyt House, Malabar


Your opportunity 

As a Servery Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Manage the servery team and ensuring that all health and safety requirements are of the highest standards.
  • Lead the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring timely delivery in line with Anglicare's high standards.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a smooth operation.
  • Ensure that food is prepared in a safe, hygienic environment that meets all health regulations.
  • Play a key role in improving food quality and work practices while maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety by upholding our Work Health and Safety (WHS) and HACCP standards.
  • Embrace Anglicare’s values, acting with integrity, compassion, and excellence in everything you do.

About you

  • You have a Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent, and at least 4 years of experience in the food industry, including supervisory roles.
  • You are passionate about food quality, hygiene, and safe work practices.
  • You are a team player with strong leadership skills and are ready to inspire and develop others.
