As a Village Care Operations Manager based at our Warriewood Brook Village, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing high-quality, person-centred care at Warriewood Brook Village. Your opportunity
Full-Time – Permanent Role
Step into a newly created role to lead care operations within Anglicare’s new ‘For Life’ operating model at Warriewood Brook. As a member of the village leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary care team to deliver aged care supports and services for the residents of Warriewood Brook village. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated and compliant care that supports residents to continue to live healthy and active lives as part of their village community.

- Lead and grow the village care team, ensuring services and offerings meet resident needs and preferences.
- Build a culture of trust, exceptional customer service, and resident-centred care
- Lead the care operations for the village with clear strategic oversight and focus on resident outcomes.
- Drive operational performance, workforce planning and process efficiency.
- Build and lead high-performing, interdisciplinary teams that foster collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, quality standards, and organisational policies.
- Proactively manage relationships with residents, families, staff and external partners.

What you’ll bring
You’re a confident and experienced leader with a strong background in community-based aged care, health services or related social services — thriving on complexity and leading with compassion. You will have:
- Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
- Deep knowledge of aged care legislation, compliance and clinical governance
- Strong business acumen with a record of achieving operational and strategic outcomes
- Advanced communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health Management, or a related discipline (RN registration highly regarded)
- IT literacy and experience with care management systems (iCare or equivalent), Microsoft Suite, Power BI, or similar dashboards
- The ability to participate in an on-call roster and respond to urgent matters as needed
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience leading care operations within a retirement or community based aged care environment
- Confidence in budget and procurement management
- A collaborative leadership style that inspires excellence and accountability
