Communications Officer (Parental Leave)
Contract position – Make a meaningful impact through planning and executing supporter engagement resources.
Anglican Aid is looking for a skilled and passionate fulltime Communications Officer to join our team on a 12 month parental leave contract. In this role, you’ll help bring to life the stories of transformation made possible through the generosity of our supporters.
You will help:
- Plan and execute appeals, campaigns, and fundraising programs using a variety of communications formats and channels.
- Produce printed and digital communications materials and content to inform Anglican Aid supporters about the activities being supported through Anglican Aid.
- Provide communications support to the Anglican Aid team.

We are looking for a team member with:
- High level skills in written communications and an eye for detail in ensuring all material is thoroughly proofread before production.
- Strong prioritisation, sequencing of tasks, and adaptability to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to anticipate needs, set objectives, and organise resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation software and CRM databases.
The successful candidate will have a degree in communications or marketing, or other related qualification. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a committed evangelical Christian with a passion for global mission.
