Alphacrucis University College (AC) is seeking Expressions of Interest for a School Relationship Manager to lead and grow our engagement with schools and key education stakeholders.

This role is central to shaping AC’s school engagement strategy, building trusted relationships, and delivering initiatives that increase the number of school leavers enrolling at Alphacrucis.

About the Role

The School Relationship Manager provides strategic leadership and hands-on delivery of AC’s school engagement activities. The role works closely with senior leaders, Faculty teams, Marketing, and Admissions to build a strong school leaver pipeline and ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with schools.

Core Responsibilities

  1. School Engagement Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive School Engagement Strategy in partnership with AC leaders.
  • Provide expertise to help set direction and priorities in collaboration with the Vice President, Faculty leaders, State Directors, and relevant teams.
  • Translate strategy into practical, coordinated engagement activities.
  • Coordinate scheduling and effective use of agreed resources.
  1. Relationship Management & Outreach
  • Build, manage, and sustain long-term relationships with schools and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and attend school visits, careers expos, and other engagement activities as required.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for priority schools while supporting broader engagement activity.
  1. School Leaver Recruitment & Pipeline Development
  • Lead initiatives to grow the number of school leavers enrolling at AC.
  • Promote AC’s programs across Business, Education, Ministry/Theology, and other disciplines.
  • Deliver and/or coordinate recruitment activities including presentations, webinars, and follow-up communications.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Registry/Admissions to ensure smooth handover based on school and student interest.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with State Directors, Marketing, and Faculty/Academic teams across AC.
  • Ensure school engagement activity aligns with broader organisational goals.
  • Provide insights from schools to inform messaging, planning, and decision-making.
  1. Planning, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of engagement activity in CRM systems.
  • Track engagement outcomes and recruitment pipeline metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend strategic and operational improvements based on data, trends, and school feedback.

Work Location

This role is based in Parramatta, with a hybrid working arrangement.
