Property Assistant – CRU Lake Mac
Are you passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, build community, and grow in their faith? CRU Lake Mac is seeking a Property Assistant to help maintain and enhance our beautiful campsite, supporting the ministry and guest experience through practical service.
About the Role
As a Property Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the Property team, responsible for maintaining the grounds, facilities, and activity areas. Your work will help ensure CRU Lake Mac remains a safe, clean, and inviting environment for campers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Groundskeeping: mowing, edging, gardening, and bushland maintenance
- General maintenance of buildings, facilities, and activity equipment
- Cleaning and preparing camp areas for guests and programs
- Assisting with operational tasks across the site
- Supporting the Site Director and team with various duties

Who we are looking for
- A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a local church
- Agreement with CRU’s Basis of Belief and commitment to Christian ministry
- Trades qualification highly regarded
- Practical experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks safely
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Current driver’s licence
