Job Title: Program Launch Manager (Enablement)

Organisation: Kids Hope Australia

Status: Full Time (1.0 FTE)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

If you’re passionate about building partnerships, enabling others, and ensuring children are safe and supported, this role gives you the opportunity to turn vision into action.

As Program Launch Manager, you’ll help schools and churches launch safe, sustainable mentoring programs, so that children facing vulnerability are nurtured.

About Kids Hope Australia
Kids Hope (KH) is Australia’s largest early intervention, school-based mentoring program, transforming the lives of vulnerable children in primary schools since 2004. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to bring hope and positive change by connecting local communities with children who need support the most.

At the heart of Kids Hope is a strong partnership between local schools and churches, working together to provide one-on-one mentoring for children identified by their schools as needing extra care. We nurture emotional, social, and academic growth, building resilience and confidence so children can thrive in school and beyond.

About the role:
The Program Launch Manager (Enablement) is a key driver of growth for the Kids Hope network. This role focuses on personally managing a portfolio of new programs and the subject matter expert for training. A key component of this role is to own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable digital resources and training content that empower all partners to launch successfully and sustainably.

You will champion a proactive child-safe culture by equipping and empowering our partners. Your commitment to the highest standards of safety and care will be embedded in all training materials and launch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Activation: Manage the activation pipeline for new programs, facilitating high-level meetings between school and church leadership to build foundational partnerships.
  • Growth Strategy: Take ownership of annual targets for new program activations and generate new leads by building strategic relationships with key influencers, particularly within school leadership groups.
  • Program Stabilisation: Provide intensive support and oversight for new programs during their first 12 months to ensure stability and effective operation before handing over to the Program Support team.
  • Program Enablement & Training: Lead the design and development of training content (digital modules, video resources) and act as the primary facilitator for webinars and recorded content. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless user experience.

What we offer

  • Remote / Hybrid working environment
  • Opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organisation transforming the lives of vulnerable children
  • Supportive, respectful, and collaborative team culture

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Essential:

    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
    • Strong understanding of Australian school environments and church culture.
    • Exceptional training facilitation and presentation skills (online and in-person).
    • Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
  • Desirable:
    • A tertiary degree in Education, Training, Marketing, Business, or Theology.
    • Experience in instructional design and content development for digital platforms/LMS.
    • Project management and organisational skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in the NFP sector.
