About the role
Regional Ministry Support will provide field and administrative support to the Regional Director, their leadership team, and other roles within the region. In addition, will be undertaking School Camping Fieldworker duties as and when these events occur.
Please note this role is based out of our Bayswater Office, with travel expected to our campsite at Siesta Park. This is a fixed term part-time role (3.5 days per week) until 29th May, 2026.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role
- High degree of competence with the Microsoft suite of products and Google workspace.
- Foundation skills with IT applications including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience in leading teams and delivering camping programs.
- Experience in outdoor education settings and/or with youth.
- Tertiary qualifications in outdoor education or equivalent, youth work, social work, theology or equivalent.
