Digital Engagement and Community Coordinator

Join ADM as our Digital Engagement & Community Coordinator
3-5days/week | Sydney CBD

Hours: 0.6-1.0 FTE

Salary Range: $65-$75K pro rata

Are you a curious person who loves people and learning? Are you comfortable with a range of digital platforms and enjoy getting stuck into new tech and tools? ADM is hiring a Digital Engagement and Community Coordinator to work with our Engagement and Events team.

This could be a part time or full-time role, depending on the skills and needs of the successful candidate. Flexible working is available for full time staff.

We’re looking for:

  • A friendly person with good communication skills––someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is adept at making people feel comfortable, whether in person or via the written word.
  • We don’t need you to know all the systems and tools, what’s most important to us is a growth mindset and interest in learning new things––we're happy to provide the training.
  • Digital/Tech Awareness. That said, a lot of this role will involve various tech and digital platforms, so you’ll want to have a general level of comfort and familiarity in this space.
  • Design Awareness. There’ll also be some basic design needs so being able to work with templates and align your creativity with our brand and style guide.
  • Flexible: You are happy to pivot and respond in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to Jesus: The successful candidate will be a Christian with a strong, vibrant faith and alignment with ADM’s Theological Principals.

Why ADM?
ADM is a Christian organisation with a rich legacy of empowering women and communities through education, care, and innovation. We’re home to Mary Andrews College, the Mental & Pastoral Care Institute, and a range of fellowships and grants that support Christian women in service and leadership. At ADM, you’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about making a difference—and doing so with generosity, creativity, and purpose.
