Are you passionate about helping children and families encounter Jesus and grow as disciples? As our Children and Families Ministry Minister at St Hilary’s Anglican Church, you’ll lead and develop ministry across our three campuses, while equipping others to serve with confidence and joy.
This role combines ministry leadership, team development, pastoral care and outreach in a church that values biblical faith, creativity, prayer and community.

- Ministry Development: Lead and develop engaging ministries including Sunday Clubs, Mainly Music, Playgroup and special events.

- Collaborative Team: Join a supportive staff leadership team committed to working together and seeing children and families flourish.
- Meaningful Outreach: Create welcoming pathways for children and families to connect with the church and discover the good news of Jesus.
Who you are:
- An experienced and passionate ministry practitioner, whether lay or ordained, with a proven track record in children and families ministry.
- A gifted leader who can develop people, build teams and foster strong volunteer engagement.
- Organised and capable of leading ministry across multiple campuses, with excellent communication skills.
- Creative and relational, with a heart for outreach and connecting meaningfully with children and families.
- Prayerful, collaborative and committed to helping children and families grow in their relationship with Jesus.
