A new opportunity has become available for a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager at Carinity - Wishart Gardens. The Residential Manager leads the team of clinical and non clinical staff and manages resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for residents of the Aged Care site. In this role, you will provide individualised and holistic care, meeting the client’s needs and upholding quality services aligned with organisational standards. The position also oversees the financial viability of the facility and the adherence to all legislative and organisational requirements whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture.
What do I need for the role?
- Experience in the management of a Residential Aged Care Site
- Demonstrated management/leadership skills, including coordination of resources, direction of care plans and prioritising clinical care
- Capacity to conduct AN-ACC assessments and associated financial analysis
- Registered Nurse with APHRA preferred (not essential)
