ABOUT US BFS is a leading Christian Financial Services Provider, dedicated to resourcing Christian ministries. For over 40 years, we’ve been supporting over 350 churches, Christian schools, and ministries by providing financial resources that help them grow and thrive. We understand the unique challenges they face-and we’re here to help.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a warm, professional, and service orientated team member to:
- Respond to client enquiries with care and efficiency
- Process client transactions accurately and promptly
- Represent BFS with professionalism and genuine Christian values
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in complex customer service or call centre roles
- Financial services experience (a plus but not required!)
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- A personal Christian commitment, demonstrated by your active involvement in a local church or ministry.
