We have a fulfilling opportunity for an organised person with initiative and strong administrative skills to join us as Resource Administrator in our Sydney Head Office.
The Resource Administrator position is crucial in supporting the efficient distribution of CWCI Australia’s quarterly KYB materials.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can provide high-level administrative support in our national office while embodying the organisation’s Christian values and mission.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving supply issues.
- Order Processing: Receive, process, pick and pack CWCI resources and KYB materials.
- Stock Management: Stocktake and keep statistical record
- Accounting: Reconciliation of payments on MYOB
- General Office Administration: Order office and kitchen supplies, maintain office environment, and support the Office Administrator with other administrative tasks as needed.
About us
CWCI (Christian Women Communicating Intl) began in Australia in the late 1950s and is now an international ministry with national management boards in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
CWCI Australia is committed to growing women in Christ through sharing the Bible. We have three main arms of Bible-teaching ministry:
- Events ministry in metropolitan and urban areas
- Know Your Bible (KYB) small group studies
- Speaking Tours (Safaris) to rural and remote areas
We also oversee Know Your Bible (KYB) ministry across Melanesia.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in office support and administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach and great problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to women-to-women ministry in a Christian environment
- Demonstrated skill using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Familiarity with the MYOB accounting system and/or graphic design software would be an advantage.
Status: Part-time (0.4-0.8FTE negotiable); 12-month contract (with possibility of extension)
