BELGRAVE HEIGHTS CONVENTION
MINISTRY MANAGER
The Belgrave Heights Convention conducts several Bible teaching conventions each year at its property in the southern Dandenong Ranges. The convention is developing its ministry following the recent upgrade of its property.
The position of Ministry Manager exists to oversee the current ministry and to facilitate growth. The Ministry Manager will liaise with churches to encourage them to see the place that convention can contribute to the life of their church. Each convention has its own committee. The Ministry Manager will work with them and the office team to produce well run conventions that support the ministry.
We are looking for a person who can prioritise and plan ahead, deal well with people (pastors, convention attendees and volunteers) and work effectively at busy times. The ability to understand and work with computer booking and other systems will be well regarded.
This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE) and requires availability at our convention events.
