Associate Pastor for Youth & Young Adults
Part-Time (0.8FTE)
Are you the person that God is calling to lead our vibrant and growing Youth and Young Adult ministries? This exciting leadership position will see you join a strong ministry team, working with well-established teams of young leaders to help shape and influence the lives of our Youth and Young Adults.
You will be responsible for:
- Helping our young people to encounter Jesus in fresh ways, using their God-given gifts to serve and reach out to others
- Providing oversight and direction for the midweek (Youth and Young Adult) and Sunday morning (Youth) gatherings
- Providing spiritual leadership, development and pastoral care for our young people
- Developing and implementing a missional vision and model under the leadership of the Executive Pastor
- Overseeing the various leadership development streams within the ministries
- Facilitating annual camps and retreats
