Executive Assistant
We are seeking a self-motivated person with experience working in a corporate or business environment at an executive level. You will provide high-level executive support to the CEO and work with a dynamic young executive team, organising training and own key administrative functions that enable the organisation to grow and operate effectively.
To succeed in this role, you must be confident engaging with senior leaders and professionals, and able to quickly establish trust and credibility. Whilst we are a small, young organisation, we have a large vision and have grown rapidly since starting 3 years ago. This role calls for someone who is solutions-focused, highly organised, and assertive—able to hold their own in the business world while remaining warm, approachable, and aligned with our not-for-profit Christian faith and values-based objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, communications, and task coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for senior external stakeholders, Leadership Academy prospects, and F4T group leaders.
- Coordinate logistics and behind-the-scenes support for fundraising events.
- Support and equip F4T leaders across Australia with relevant resources and timely follow-up.
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-through for F4T staff and leadership gatherings.
- Oversee guest speaker engagement, including scheduling, communication, and event preparation.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage credibly with senior executives and business professionals.
- Professional and assertive, able to represent the CEO and organisation with sound judgment and executive presence.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong relationship builder, skilled at establishing trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating digital tools, CRM systems, Canva, and evolving administrative processes.
If you’re a capable, confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and enjoys working at the heart of a growing organisation, we look forward to receiving your application.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
