Are you looking to serve God, bring your passion for people and build on AFES’ existing human resources services? As a member of the Staff Support team your role will be to refine and develop AFES HR policies, procedures and systems, with an understanding that people are the most precious resource enabling the work on campus to flourish.
About you
- Personally committed to Christ, servant-hearted and passionate about the ministry of AFES.
- Sound knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently to manage time, set priorities and plan workload to meet objectives and deadlines from a variety of staff concurrently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and donor information.
- Flexible and composed, with high attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Highly proficient with MS Office and high computer literacy including skills with email clients, databases, and web browsers.
- Appropriately qualified or with demonstrated experience.
