SYDNEY TEAM | Senior Lawyer (3-5 years PAE)
Vocare Law is looking for an innovative and driven Senior Lawyer to join our busy and growing team in our Sydney (Macquarie Park) office with preferred experience in Commercial and NFP work looked upon favourably.
About the role
Our team continues to get busier, and we therefore need more hands on deck!
We’re looking for a full-time lawyer with 3 to 5 years PAE, with general corporate or commercial law experience (ideally with demonstrated experience in transactional work, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance advice and property matters). Experience in supporting the legal needs of charities and not-for-profit organisations will be well regarded but is not essential.
The role position can be filled in our Sydney office. The team is very collaborative, flexible, and fun – we enjoy working hard while maintaining a true work / life balance. It’s therefore very important to us that the successful candidate is personable, approachable, and inclusive.
Depending on your seniority, you will have the freedom to maintain your autonomy while being well-supported and having the Supervisor access that you need. Working in a collaborative team environment this role will enjoy a broad mix of work. At Vocare Law we facilitate your professional growth and providing promotion opportunities. Whether the successful applicant is appointed as an Associate or Senior Lawyer will depend on their experience.

The Firm
Vocare Law formerly Corney & Lind Lawyers Pty Ltd is a medium sized law firm with offices both in Brisbane & Sydney. The company group has a team of around 34 people (based in Brisbane, Sydney and Fiji) who provide services to our clients across many practice areas such as corporate/commercial law, charity law, criminal law, employment law, family law, succession and PI law.
