Broughton Anglican College has a rich history of providing high-quality education within a nurturing Christian environment. Situated south-west of Sydney, we take pride in being a Christian Coeducational Pre Kinder – Year 12 institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and spiritual growth.
The College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to play a crucial role in providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to the Senior School division. The successful applicant will report to the Principal and will work closely with the Executive Team and other College staff, overseeing daily operations and implementing both the College's Teaching and Learning Framework and Pastoral Care Framework.
The successful applicant will be a suitably qualified and experienced Christian leader who:
- Are a committed Christian, active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church
- Embody the values and principles of their faith in both personal and professional life
- Have the ability to lead the Senior School to ensure the College provides high-quality Christian education across all relevant stages and subjects
- Have exceptional communication, relational leadership, and teaching skills
- Possess a strong understanding of relevant school compliance requirements
