GLP Student Recruitment Officer Location: Parramatta, NSW Employment Type: Casual
About the Role Alphacrucis (AC) is seeking a casual GLP Student Recruitment Officer to help attract and enrol prospective students into the Graduate Leadership Program (GLP). This flexible role involves marketing, relationship-building, administration, and event support. You will also engage with current students to encourage re-enrolment and support their journey at AC.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Australian Christian Churches (ACC) and other Christian organisations.
- Represent AC at ACC and other relevant events.
- Engage with GLP enquirers and guide them through the application, offer, and enrolment processes.
- Support marketing and recruitment campaigns to meet student intake targets.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and analyse data to inform future strategies.
- Assist with GLP events and perform other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of higher education student recruitment, marketing, or related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus with a collaborative, student-centered approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and online data management systems.
- Driver’s license and access to a car desirable.
- Alignment with Alphacrucis’ Christian values and mission.
