QB Operations Manager Role Vacancy

The Operations Manager partners with the Director of Operations to help translate the vision, mission, and priorities of the QB Movement into faithful, effective organisational practice.
Serving across QB Services and the wider Movement, this role provides integrated coordination of key operational functions including Property, HR, WHS, Risk, and Legal—ensuring these areas support collaborative ministry, good governance, and compliance in service of our shared mission.
Grounded in servant leadership and collaboration, the Operations Manager facilitates clear communication across teams and continually improves internal processes so that churches and ministries are well supported to disciple intentionally and engage in God’s mission across Queensland and beyond.
