- FTE, I Located in Melbourne or Sydney
(open to remote work in some circumstances)
About the Role
Interserve Australia is seeking a spiritually mature, mission-shaped leader to serve as Mobilisation, Engagement & Partnerships Director (MEP Director). This national leadership role sits at the intersection of church engagement, mission mobilisation, partnerships, and generosity, helping to envision and engage the Australian church for wholistic cross-cultural mission among the neediest peoples of Asia and the Arab world.
The MEP Director provides strategic leadership across mission engagement, partnerships, and donor development, while actively collaborating with Interserve’s National Leadership Team and working closely with Personnel and Business & Operations teams. This role is both strategic and relational, shaping pathways for people, churches, and partner organisations to participate meaningfully in God’s mission through Interserve.
About Interserve
Interserve is a global community of ordinary Christians seeking to make Christ known among the peoples of Asia and the Arab world. We are involved in bringing tangible love, social change and spiritual transformation to lives and communities. By God’s grace, people encounter the gospel as we share our lives, skills and experience.
Interserve Australia plays their part in this by seeking to connect God’s people with God’s mission. Although in many places the church is young, persecuted or under-resourced, we intentionally partner with the church – serving together, training, mentoring and encouraging. We specialise in the envisioning, recruiting, placing and supporting of Christians to serve overseas and amongst diaspora communities. Learn more at interserve.org.au
