Regional Managers x 2– Financial Wellbeing

Anglicare is seeking two Regional Managers to oversee our Financial Wellbeing services one will be based in Western Sydney. Based in Parramatta and Mt Druitt, our Western Sydney teams. The other will be overseeing regional performance across Southwest Sydney and the Illawarra.

As a Regional Manager you will provide a range of Financial Capability (individual and group), Financial Counselling and related services in offices and diverse community locations. We aim to be capability-focused and community-centred, walking side by side with each person and empowering them to achieve lasting and transformative change. 

In this role, you will coach and develop frontline leaders, drive innovation and change, oversee service operations and funding opportunities and ensure best possible outcomes for clients and communities. To be successful, you will need to foster strong professional and business practices, bring an open and strategic mindset, proactively collaborate and build strong, positive teams.

  1. About the Role:
  • Lead Financial Wellbeing services across the Western Sydney region
  • Coach and develop local team leaders and senior practitioners
  • Foster a strong, positive, high-performing culture aligned with organisational values and strategy and open to innovation and change
  • Ensure high‑quality, trauma‑informed service delivery which achieves best possible outcomes for clients and meets all reporting and compliance requirements
  • Seek and develop funding opportunities, set and manage budgets, and achieve performance outcomes
  • Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships
  • Contribute to strategy, innovation and continuous improvement
  1. About You
  • Proven leadership experience in community, social or human services
  • Strong people management and coaching capability
  • Strong people and communication skills in diverse contexts
  • Experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged communities
  • Sound financial and operational management skills
  • Ability to lead change and collaborate across teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Social Work, Community Services, Management or similar)
  • Willing to travel between various office and community locations (some flexible work is also possible around operational requirements)
