Executive Assistant to the CEO

Unique opportunity to work at the centre of a purpose-driven organisation shaping Christian leaders

Part-time | 3 days per week
Fully remote (some travel required)

This is a rare opportunity to play a key support role at the heart of Arrow Leadership Australia, working closely with the CEO to enable clarity, momentum, and focus across a small and highly relational team.

Arrow exists to shape and equip Australia’s most promising Christian leaders, so we can see more leaders:

Led More By Jesus. Lead More Like Jesus. Lead More To Jesus.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, communication, and workflow to ensure priorities are clear and well-coordinated
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and follow-ups for Board, committee, and internal meetings
  • Support governance processes, reporting, and organisational administration
  • Coordinate communication across the team to maintain clarity and alignment
  • Assist with donor, alumni, and external communications
  • Support planning and logistics for key events, meetings, and team rhythms
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed

This role sits close to the centre of the organisation. In a small, fully remote team of six part-time staff, you’ll need to bring initiative, strong organisation, and a willingness to contribute across a range of needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and relational, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and support a dynamic and evolving environment with care and clarity.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in executive administration, operations, or communications
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear and effective written communication with strong attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Confidence using digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoho, Canva), or ability to learn quickly
  • Comfort using systems and tools (including AI) to improve efficiency and communication
  • Alignment with Arrow’s mission, strategy, and Christian values

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in not-for-profit, church, or educational settings
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or small teams in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with Arrow Leadership’s mission, programs, or community

Why Join Us?

Arrow Leadership is one of Australia’s premier Christian providers of national, interdenominational leadership development. For more than 30 years, we have shaped and equipped leaders through highly personal, deeply relational, and transformational programs.

At Arrow, you won’t just be supporting a CEO—you’ll be contributing to the formation of leaders across Australia.

You’ll join a small, purposeful, and relational team that operates with high trust, shared ownership, and a deep commitment to seeing leaders equipped to live and lead like Jesus.
