Do you have….
A heart to serve Jesus and love His people
A passion to faithfully preach the Word so that hearts are transformed and the church grows.
We seek an ordained Anglican priest who supports our evangelical heritage and has a vision to see the community of Rockingham transformed by faith in Jesus. We are an older congregation with some young members. Our prayer is to grow the church by reaching out to local young families with the gospel. Time flexibility may be considered.
Rockingham is a beautiful, seaside city popular with families - a 35 mins train ride from Perth.
The successful applicant will lead and empower our congregation to achieve this vision. They will:
- love God and faithfully teach the scripture so that hearts and lives are changed
- be servant-hearted, a good communicator,
- lead with humility and wisdom
- encourage every member of our church to get involved in God’s mission to the world
- have some experience in pastoral care
