MMM Australia (Mobile Mission Maintenance) is a Christian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to serving those who serve others. Since 1975, we’ve been providing building, maintenance, and construction support to churches, missions, schools, and camps; helping Christian ministries thrive across Australia and beyond.

Why Serve on the MMM Board?
As a Board Director, you’ll be part of a passionate team overseeing the governance and strategic direction of MMM Australia. You’ll help ensure we remain faithful to our mission, compliant with our constitution, and responsive to the needs of the Christian communities we serve.
This is a voluntary role—a calling, not a career. There is no stipend, only the reward of knowing your leadership helps sustain and grow a mission that brings practical help and hope to countless ministries.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking individuals with a strong Christian faith and a heart for service. If you have experience in any of the following areas, we’d love to hear from you:
- Building & Construction
- Pastoral Care
- Business Leadership
- Human Resources
- Not-for-Profit Governance
- Marketing & Communications
Board experience is preferred, especially within the not-for-profit sector, but we welcome all who feel called and equipped to contribute. Board Director’s can be based anywhere in Australia; attendance can be in person or online.
