INF Australia - Events Coordinator

INF Australia is seeking a part-time Events Coordinator to help mobilise supporters, strengthen church partnerships, and deliver meaningful engagement opportunities across Australia.
About Us
INF Australia is a Christian development organisation supporting the work of the International Nepal Fellowship (INF). For over 70 years, INF has been serving people in Nepal through healthcare, community development, and advocacy.
As we approach our **75th Anniversary in 2027**, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in celebrating God’s faithfulness and engaging supporters across the country.
About the Role
This flexible, part-time role (equivalent to 1 day per week) is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and relational.
You will coordinate key activities that connect supporters and churches with INF’s mission, including events, mission trips, and speaking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Events Across Australia
* Plan and deliver INF supporter events and engagement activities
* Coordinate logistics, venues, and communications
- Vision Trips to Nepal
* Coordinate short-term supporter trips to Nepal
* Liaise with INF Nepal to organise itineraries and logistics
* Support participant communication and preparation
- 75th Anniversary Events (2027)
* Coordinate anniversary events across multiple states
* Work with staff and volunteers to deliver consistent, high-quality events nationwide
- Church Engagement
* Arrange church visits, presentations, and speaking opportunities
* Build relationships with churches across Australia
* Coordinate schedules and logistics for INF representatives
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has minimum 2 years experience in event coordination
* Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Is self-motivated and able to work independently
* Alignment to INF Australia values
**Desirable:**
* Experience working with churches or Christian organisations
* Experience organising travel or mission trips
