Join the Board of Integricare as a Non-Executive Director

For more than 140 years, Integricare has cared for children and families through Christian care in action. Today, more than 1,000 children and families each year are known, nurtured and supported through our trusted early learning centres and child and family services across Sydney. Now we’re looking for thoughtful, values-driven leaders to ensure effective governance and oversee the implementation of strategies, policies, systems and frameworks to help shape what comes next.

Bring Your Experience. Leave a Legacy.

We’re looking for leaders with experience in governance, finance, property and/or community services. Alongside professional expertise, we’re seeking people who share our Christian mission and believe every child deserves to be seen, heard and given the opportunity to thrive. You’ll contribute strategic insight, sound judgement and genuine care.

Board Commitment

  • Up to eight board meetings and four committee meetings each year
  • Preparation and engagement between meetings, including visits to engage with our services and staff
  • Three-year term (eligible for one renewal)
  • Annual remuneration of $10,000 plus superannuation
