About the Role
Saward Dawson is looking for a motivated developer to help scope operational business needs, develop, test and improve practical AI-enabled tools, automations and business processes across the firm whilst ensuring security is at the forefront on considerations.

We have a number of AI and business improvement projects underway. We are looking for someone who can bring focus, structure and hands-on momentum to this work.

The successful candidate will contribute across several connected areas, including agentic software development, database management, process improvement and practical problem solving. They will help turn business needs into reliable tools and workflows that improve efficiency, quality and consistency across the firm.

The role would suit someone with a couple of years’ experience in software development, project coordination, process improvement, systems support or a related area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain our AI centric application and deliver best-in-class features end to end.
  • Fix bugs, investigate data anomalies, and help keep the system healthy and highly secure.
  • Test, deploy and maintain automation solutions.
  • Maintain the database.
  • Learn and document existing accounting, wealth management and administration processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and improve processes.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Assist in researching and evaluating emerging AI technologies.

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
  • Hands-on use of an agentic coding agent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies and how they solve real business problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and map business processes.
