Carlton Kogarah Baptist Church is a long-established local church situated in the suburb of Carlton in southern Sydney (also known as the St. George Region), approximately 15 kilometres from Sydney CBD.
Carlton Kogarah Baptist Church has a strong identity in the community and well-established connections with various community groups within the life of the church.
We are a small congregation that is multi-generational and multi-cultural, seeking to follow Jesus through Biblical teaching, prayer, worship, fellowship, nurturing discipleship, service and mission.
We are a church in transition, having journeyed through a period of significant change, eagerly anticipating the next season that the Lord brings.
We are seeking a part-time Pastor (0.5 FTE) who:
- is of Godly character;
- will shepherd us as a local church that is Biblical, nurturing, prayerful, mission minded; and
- is energised by discovery of Christ-enabled potentials to grow His church at this location
