About the Role
We are seeking a detail orientated and service focused Loans Administration Officer to support the accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, settlements, and ongoing loan administration. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, data integrity and smooth lending operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue loan documentation in line with approved terms
- Coordinate settlements, drawdowns, and loan variations, drawdowns, and loan variations
- Ensure all conditions precedent to funding are met
- Maintain secure, accurate, and compliant loan files and records
- Manage loan administration, data and reporting
- Support AML and compliance requirements,
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
What you will Bring
- Experience in lending administration or financial service (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience using financial systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organized approach with a focus on continuous improvement
