Integricare is a Christian not-for-profit providing exceptional early learning, care and community services across Sydney. We are seeking passionate Mission Educators to bring our Christian curriculum to life and support children, families and educators across our services.
This is a Flexible, Term-Based Opportunity:
- Work during school terms, with school holiday periods available for planning, preparation and resource development.
- Spend approximately 3 hours per week at each Integricare centre.
- Choose to support one centre or multiple centres, depending on your location, availability and preferred workload.
- Ideal for those seeking flexible, meaningful part-time work that combines children's ministry, early childhood education and Christian mission.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead engaging Bible stories, songs and faith-based learning experiences for young children.
- Support and mentor educators to confidently integrate Christian faith into everyday practice.
- Create and share resources that bring Christian learning to life.
- Build strong relationships with families, staff and local church partners.
- Promote high-quality early childhood practice and continuous improvement across services.
About You:
- A committed Christian with a passion for sharing faith with children.
- Hold an ACECQA-recognised Early Childhood qualification and have knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Bring experience working with children through early childhood education, church, ministry, community, or cross-cultural settings.
- Have strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
- Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check.
