BOOKINGS COORDINATOR

Quiz Worx exists to share Jesus with kids everywhere. They do this in three key ways:
- Presenting the Good News of the Bible through performing creative live shows for kids, especially in state schools.
- Resourcing and equipping others to faithfully proclaim Jesus to children.
- Ministering to Christian children within the wider Christian community.
Since 1998 Quiz Worx have had the privilege of performing more than 12,000 live shows, to more than 1,500,000 people. They use the mediums of puppetry, music, chalk talks, animations, storytelling, drama, quick draw, comics, and numerous other tools to present the Good News of Jesus.
Based in Yagoona NSW, The Bookings Coordinator is an exciting and dynamic role, responsible for organising and coordinating all Quiz Worx show bookings and the Quiz Worx calendar. No two days are the same! Working with the Bookings Team Leader, the role supports Quiz Worx creative projects, managing people and processes to deliver projects on time, and makes sure the administration activities at Quiz Worx run smoothly.
Applicants must have:
- An enthusiastic, proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
- Commitment to the ministry of Quiz Worx;
